Overview

Services that stay tied to an outcome

Each practice below is something we can staff and deliver. Pages say when an idea is a consulting offer and when it is only planned.

Business problems

  • A launch that has no owner after go-live.
  • Cloud accounts that grew faster than the delivery process.
  • An AI pilot that cannot be explained, monitored, or turned off.
  • A team that needs specific engineers and does not want a generic résumé dump.

Services and solutions

Technical capabilities

  • Discovery before a build is promised.
  • Implementation with reviewable changes.
  • Operational handover: access, runbooks, and alerting.
  • Staffing when the constraint is people, not a new platform.

Business benefits

  • A named first step instead of a bundled transformation.
  • Language a business owner and an engineering lead can both use.
  • No invented customers, certifications, or savings figures.

Technologies

The tools depend on the engagement. Common environments include AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab or GitHub, and the observability stack you already run.

Engagement models

  • A discovery sprint to confirm the outcome, constraints, and whether the work should proceed.
  • A fixed-scope build when the architecture and acceptance criteria are clear.
  • A monthly engineering partnership for a platform, reliability, or AI system that needs ongoing care.
  • Staff augmentation when you need specific engineers inside your team. See IT staffing.

Questions

Do you only work on AWS?

No. We start from the platform you have. Moving clouds is a separate decision, not the default.

Can one engagement cover several of these?

Yes, when they share an outcome. We still write down which part is in scope.

Talk with an engineer

Tell us the business outcome. We will say whether we can help, what the first step is, and what we will not pretend to have already done.
